📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
