In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, scheduling, and performance of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Develop and implement a fleet maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.,Track and report on fleet performance metrics, such as mileage, utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections of the fleet to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance procedures and best practices.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
