In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client concerns and issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.,Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
