📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of vessels and maritime facilities to ensure compliance with SOLAS, ISM, and other relevant regulations
• Monitor and enforce maritime safety standards and procedures
• Investigate maritime incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the maritime team on safety matters
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection reports and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety and compliance of maritime operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marine Safety Inspector or in a related role
• Certification as a Marine Surveyor or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of international and national maritime safety regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and MARPOL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
