📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Work closely with the corporate office to implement company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
