In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community among our members, organizing engaging activities, and providing support to new and existing members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community building initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction,Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and activities that align with the values and goals of CDAC,Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to new and existing members, helping them to integrate into the community and achieve their goals,Collaborate with the CDAC team to develop and deliver training programs and resources for community members,Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the community, and address any issues or concerns that arise,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of community activities, member participation, and other relevant information,Represent CDAC at community events, conferences, and other external engagements, as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as community development, social work, or a similar discipline,Minimum of 3 years of experience in community mentoring, community building, or a related field,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups,Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute events and activities,Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required,Familiarity with community development tools and methodologies is a plus
