Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.,Monitor and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.,Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
