Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes for high-tech laser and materials solutions,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality,Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure manufacturing processes align with product development goals,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols,Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
