📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
