ILO Construction, Inc is looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.,Ensure accuracy and compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.,Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and HR department.,Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Provide training and support to junior payroll staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using payroll software and Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
