Ultimate Machining Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Manufacturing Excellence team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes, products, and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes, products, and services.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Identify and analyze quality issues, trends, and defects, and develop corrective and preventive actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior QA engineers and team members on quality assurance practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance and manufacturing excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100).,Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and quality control tools and techniques.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS, Excel).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines.
