🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, preferably in retail technology.,Proven experience in leading and managing Agile development teams.,Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.,Experience with retail technology platforms and solutions.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
