📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards,Review and edit technical documents to ensure quality and consistency,Train and mentor junior technical writers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus
