We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Senior Telemarketing professional to join our team at Root Royal Ekspansindo in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role offers a competitive salary package of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

As a Senior Telemarketing, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telemarketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.
  • Manage and mentor junior telemarketing staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
