📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain server performance and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.,Install, configure, and update server software and hardware.,Manage server security and implement security protocols.,Backup and restore server data as needed.,Assist in the planning and implementation of server upgrades and expansions.,Provide technical support to other IT staff as needed.,Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in server administration.,Knowledge of server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.,Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
