📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Manage staff performance, conduct training, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Represent the restaurant in community events and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
