As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Maintain and update the store's inventory system.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Assist in organizing and promoting sales events.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide training and support to new staff members.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.,Familiarity with cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.
