Tanggung Jawab:

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with occasional office presence.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for office visits.
