📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, including document verification and orientation.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases using BambooHR.
• Assist in performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in company events and team-building activities.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software, particularly BambooHR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
