📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Plan and optimize fleet routes to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and support to new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
