📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Support the HR manager in various projects and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
