Place Global Abadi is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tenggarong. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Work closely with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and taste.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated, and that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Work closely with the restaurant's management team to ensure that the restaurant is meeting its financial and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Experience in monitoring and analyzing sales and financial performance.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.
