PT Bhakti Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.,Ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment and order processing.,Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to verify accuracy.,Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
