As a Corporate Affairs & Asset Management Specialist at PT. Sumber Inovasi Lestarindo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's physical and administrative assets. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office equipment, vehicles, and other assets, as well as overseeing our administrative processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain company assets including office equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Oversee administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
• Monitor asset performance and usage, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset status and performance to senior management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and activities.
• Support the corporate affairs team in managing company communications and public relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate affairs or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
