📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare and pack orders for shipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and update records using SAP or similar logistics software.
• Track and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the logistics process.
• Maintain and update logistics documentation, including shipping manifests and delivery receipts.
• Assist in the organization and planning of logistics operations to improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
