As an Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of CARiNG Pharmacy by identifying and attracting the best candidates. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right talent.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
