ISO Administrator
Shukaku Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ISO Administrator to join our manufacturing facility in Cileungsi. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and manage the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems, including documentation, procedures, and records.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified ISO professional (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management and ISO standards implementation.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements and principles.
- Proven experience in conducting internal audits and assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with quality management software such as SAP QM, IBM Maximo, or similar tools.
