📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain project data using Microsoft Excel and SQL databases.
• Assist project managers in preparing project reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure projects meet the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
