📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.
