📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve disputes and address client concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.
• Utilize our in-house collection system and other relevant tools to track and manage collections.
• Provide regular reports to the collections manager on the status of collections and any outstanding issues.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new products and services.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with local markets and regulations in North Kalimantan.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using our in-house collection system and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
