📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the premium bar, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Manage and mentor a team of bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and refine the cocktail menu, incorporating innovative techniques and premium ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of alcohol.
• Optimize inventory management and cost control for bar operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to create seamless beverage experiences for guests.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs for the bar team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a premium bar or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of bartenders.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredient sourcing.
• Certification in mixology or bar management is a plus.
• Experience with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
