📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning of luxury villas and residences, including high-touch areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
• Manage and maintain linen and towels, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and well-organized.
• Inspect and maintain the condition of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Follow and adhere to strict cleaning protocols and standards to maintain the high quality of our properties.
• Handle and dispose of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the property for guest arrivals and departures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals used in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation within the property.
