📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and special laboratory tests using HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports.
• Participate in quality control activities, including incoming material inspection and process validation.
• Communicate test results and findings to production teams and management.
• Collaborate with international partners using Mandarin to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, and pH meters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
