📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular on-site visits to field agents and partners to assess service quality and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Identify and address quality issues through corrective actions and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional managers and team leaders to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to field agents to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to the development of quality control protocols and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in conducting field audits and quality assessments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Tableau for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements is a plus.
